Amazing Crusted Chicken

Baked Pesto Chicken

I had bought a mixture of plums at our local farmers market and decided to cook this recipe, to surprise my family, on Sat. Quite delicious, the cinnamon and lemon zest are a great addition to the custard. It was good the next evening too!!!!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

We made these enchiladas on Saturday night and finished them off watching the Oscars. They are the best, the flavour is wonderful. They were just as good the second day too.

Turkey Tenderloins

Really enjoyed this dish but watch the cooking time. It took far less time than in the recipe, in our broiler. I will turn them at about 7/8 mins. next time.

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

This was absolutely delicious. The chicken was moist and flavourful. Definitely a keeper. Next time I will do it for a party. I used boneless breasts with the skin on, as that was all I had, and they worked out perfectly.

Jalapeno Appetizer Pancakes

These were the Best! Made them for a Birthday party (adult) along with some other appetizers, these were the most popular by far. Kept them warm in a 200f oven, perfect. Thank you for the fun recipe.
