To avoid getting crumbly, or weird little balls to form, leave the milk out till it is room temperature. It does that because the cold milk solidifies the melted butter.

I'm not even a fan of cilantro, or mexican food, but I can not stop eating this stuff! My family demands I make it often because they love it as well. Not sure why everyone has such issues with how much a "bunch" is. EVERY store I have ever been to sells greens (collard greens, parsley, cilantro, etc) in a clearly defined and sectioned off BUNCHES. Doesn't get much easier? I always let my cheese and cream to come to room temperature before mixing to avoid lumpiness. Works great with lime chips & fresh veggies

I hate to say this, but I did make some changes. We did not have the coffee liquore so I used strong black coffee, used applesauce instead of oil, and I broke up a bar of milk chocolate instead of using chips since we didnt have those either. This came out AMAZING! I'm not a fan of chocolate but I made it for my mother in law. However, none of us can stop eating it!!! SO good!
