Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
Great idea putting on the butter & baking instead of frying. These were really yummy! You can put just about anything inside - good way to clean out the fridge.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2007
my mother in law 1st made this salad for my wedding shower & then again at my baby shower. i have now have the recipe and make it for my side of the family and work events. it is awesome! i always get asked for the recipe. try changing it up with golden raisins or low fat mayo, but don't touch the bacon. it really does make the salad.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
very good! I usually use a canned green sauce & monteray jack cheese when I make them. The flavor was much better and more authentic. I was concerned with using 5 serano's, so i only used 3 and scraped out the seeds. It came out very bland, so I sliced the rest and put them on top of the dish. Whenever we make chicken enchiladas we layer them in a cassarole dish. Torts, chicken, sauce, cheese - repeat. Thanks for the recipe! Will use again and again !
