Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
This is a great starter recipe! I didn't put the cocoa in the crust. But I did make the batter then split it in two. I added the cocoa and melter chocolate chips to one batter and left the other plain. I then added both to the crust for a 1/2 and 1/2 cheesecake! It turned out so cool and tasted great! A keeper!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I made this tonight and it was a huge hit! So easy and yummy! Just as good as the key lime pies you get in Key West! I did run out of Key Limes and had to use a lemon, but my kids loved it even more! Use fresh limes! Its worth the time squeezing!

Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
These were awesome! The only thing I changed is the filling. I mixed 8 oz cream cheese, 8 tb. butter and 2 1/2 Cups powered sugar. It wasn't to sweet and fit the cookie exactly! I've already made these 3 times!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
This is awesome! I doubled the first time and put in the crock for 3-4 hours. Then I mashed and let cool. Since my hubby is a texture person, I ran the mixture through the blender to get the texture to regular applesauce consistency. I am making this again and now am quadrupling it!
