White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Outstanding! I've made it twice and had to bake it much longer, but that's ok. Highly recommend doing a little study on making cheesecakes (tips like letting it cool in the oven without opening the door, etc). Anyway, this is an AMAZING recipe and is requested every Christmas!!! Definitely worth the effort!

Try dropping a piece into your coffee or hot chocolate and give it a stir!! Excellent, festive, and easy!!

Banana Caramel Fluff

Very good!! I added some brown sugar (which tasted great!) but made it a bit too runny to hold into my crescent roll pockets!! Had to make them more like crescent roll cups but came out great!! Might try a large muffin pan and see if that would work! VERY GOOD!!!
