It didn't take that long to cook for me, so my potatoes may not have been as big as called for thus the faster cooking. This was yummy and really down home tasting. My family liked it all around. We ate leftovers today for lunch. It is a great simple recipe for special potatoes. I sliced my potatoes on a mandeline, thinly, and I sprinkled about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top. I had checked them after about an hour and ten minutes, put the cheese on and baked about 10 more minutes.
