This was delish!! I slightly altered recipe as others suggested and used a pkg of Lipton onion soup mix (instead of can French onion) as I keep that on hand. Also used 1 can beef broth instead of water, and put in crock pot for 2 hrs on high and 4 hrs on low. Meat was tender!!! Did not need to add flour or cornstarch because gravy was a good consistency as is. Also added a few dashes of black and red pepper, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning, so would not be bland. Served with rice and stemmed broccoli.

Win's Shrimp and Spaghetti

Made this for my husband, as I do not eat shrimp. He loved it! I made as is, but cut the recipe in half to serve for only 1. Very simple. Will make again.

Fabulous Fajitas

Taste great and simple. I seasoned the chicken prior to cooking the peppers and onions. Also, added jar'd hot jalapeno peppers and only 2 tbsp of jar'd mushrooms. My husband & I like our foods hot and spicy!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Very Delish! Followed recipe with one exception, only left rolls in freezer for an hour, and fried them. My husband love them! Will continue to make these.

Chicken Broccoli Supper

great recipe. quick & easy. made few changes mentioned earlier (added butter, onions, more macaroni noodles, and also seasoned chicken as I like spicy foods). Husband loved...would make again!!

Hearty Beef Stew

I did not include the teriyaki sauce or mushrooms, and coated the meat with the flour mixture in a ziplock bag. Would add more spices next time.

Ground Beef and Sausage in Red Beans and Rice

Great taste! However would add more spices; red pepper, pepper, salt, as was a little bland. I also used only red beans. Would make again with changes.
