Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

So Yummy!!! I made this dish with left over chicken breast I had, same exact way just did in the crockpot for about 4 1/2 hours. The chicken was really tender and the seasoning was amazing! Served with some Brown Rice. Will definitely make again with this calorie content!!!

Quick and Easy Chicken and Rice

This was a great base for a casserole! I loved it with the brown rice, I added broccoli and Adobo seasoning to the chicken (it gave it a little more kick). Will definitely make again!

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

This casserole was very good after I made a couple of adjustments. I added fresh garlic, green onions, mushrooms, sherry and chicken broth. Next time I make it I will cook the rice first as the rice takes all the juice and it comes out pretty dry. I just cooked a couple more cans of soup according to the directions and added it. I also added some cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.I will make it again. Thanks

Kikkoman Chinese Pepper Steak

This dish was fabulous!!! My husband loved it and when he came in to the house he said it smelled like his favorite chinese restaurant. I did add some mushrooms, garlic and ginger to it and it was great. I would definitley use the kikkoman product because the gravy it made was perfect.

Enchilada Casserole III

My whole family loved this casserole. I made some changes that were suggested and they were right. I baked the tortillas for about 5 minutes to get them crunchy and I was glad I did and I used 2 cans of enchilada sauce instead of the packet seasoning, I might use 3 next time and I used double the amount of cheese. Next time I make this dish I am going to use green chiles and diced tomatoes, and maybe even some olives. Great recipe.
