Dilled Summer Squash

I agree with all the other reviews. Great taste, awkward conistency. I made it twice, second time was better when I cooked pudding until VERY thick and bubbly. Then I really beat the cream A LOT and I thawed it in the freezer. Also, I couldn't find heavy cream, so I substituted 1 1/2 cups whipping dream, worked great. Not sure I'll make this again anytime soon.

Peruvian Lomo Saltado

I'm Peruvian and also think this is a great recipe. Marinating the meat and adding cumin are great tips. Sometimes when I make this I bring home large fries from a fast food joint, then just throw them on top of the stir fry.

Curried Coconut Chicken

I didn't quite have two pounds of chicken, so I was worried about making too much sauce. I used the exact recipe without the last can of tomato sauce, and it still came out excellent!!!

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

I loved this recipe, and I was surprised too see how many cookies it really made. Great for when you need to share some treats. I think next time I will make it a little spicier, add some nutmeg.
