This has become a breakfast staple in my house replacing pop-tarts and cereal bars. My girls also like to take them in their lunch for a treat. I triple the recipe, leave out the nuts and leave off the cinnamon/sugar topping. I bake in 2 9x13 pans and cut each pan into 18 bars. After they cool I layer them in an airtight container and freeze them. In the morning the girls heat them for 30 seconds in the microwave and they are wonderful. If they take one in their lunch it is thawed by lunch time. They are great to have on hand when the girls bring friends home too!
