Black Bean and Salsa Soup

TERRIFIC!! My husband and I absolutely love this soup. It is extremely quick and super easy to put together on those nights when I have no idea what to make for dinner! It's easy to keep the ingredients on hand. Try it- you'll love it!

Chicken Flautas

These flautas tasted great! My husband loved them! They were extra tasty with sour cream. The only problem I had was that the ends were a little too hard. Any suggestions?
