Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
I made this exactly as the recipe called for except I used two teaspoons vanilla and cake flour. It's the first pound cake I have ever made, so I wanted to stick as close to the recipe as possible. OMStars! It's wonderful! It's not as heavy as some pound cakes, probably because of the cake flour, but it developed that wonderfully, sugary crust that is so good. Next time, I will try to add some lemon or coconut extract to see how we like those flavor a. Thanks for the recipe!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Wonderful!!! I only had one block of cream cheese, but it worked without the other one. I used it on a chocolate fudge cake. It had just the right amount of tangy sweetness. I won't ever buy frosting again!

Special Lobster Bisque
I made this tonight and my family licked the pot clean! Yummy! I did make a few changes, based on what I had and other suggestions in reviews. I had surimi in the fridge, so I used that instead of lobster. I added a few dashes of hot sauce, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, replaced the onion with onion powder, and added just enough red wine vinegar at the end to add a little bite (white wine or sherry would probably be better for this, but I didn't have any and the vinegar worked well). This was a huge hit! It will go into my rotation, for sure!
