If you don't mind working with Phyllo, which can be a bit tricky, you are sure to love this recipe. Make lots, they dissapear quick. I always double the recipe and then freeze the ones I will not be using for future use.

Fresh Berry Coffeecake

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2004
This was just ok, next time I will find another way to use my freshly picked blackberries. Batter was very thick and hard to spread and you should probably cool longer before removing the cake from the pan as to let the berries stay put. Icing is very sweet.

These were really yummy, I used bamboo sticks and cooked in the oven, instead of frying, much less fat that way, will make again for sure!

These were ok, I could not find seasoned bread crumbs, I just used normal ones. I also cooked way longer as to get the potatoes crispier.

Bacon Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2002
These are really yummy, if you love bacon, you will love these! I could not find the Pepperidge bread (I am in Canada, maybe they do not have here?) I just used plain white sandwhich bread and instead of making the cream cheese mixture I used Philly Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese, Yum!

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2002
Cook this cake way longer than instructed! 25 minutes is not enough. Other than what a great cake! and who would have thought no eggs or dairy were used. Instead of water I used cold coffee instead! Tasted Great!
