Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

You get out what you put in. They're okay for what they are, but certainly nothing special. They taste good, but then again - it's peanut butter and sugar. What wouldn't taste good about that?

Very, very good! I added a few chocolate chips to the brown sugar & nuts, which made it quite tasty. Something that didn't occur to me, so I thought I would throw it there- if you do a bundt, the brown sugar & nut mixture is on the bottom. It works though, I made a little 10x sugar glaze and having a "crust" was cool.

Delicious Raisin Nut Banana Bread

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I am very adventurous when it comes to food and flavors! Not to mention, I'm Italian, so I never had anything like this on holidays growing up. But sometimes you need a delicious, simple cheesy potato. And this is it. I prefer to avoid canned soups which is why I chose this recipe. I have to say, it was excellent and incredibly well received on Easter! I didn't change a thing. Thanks a bunch.

Quick & Easy Ricotta Pie

So easy! For the amount of effort, it sure was delicious. I soaked some strawberries and pineapples in whiskey to put on top. Great for Easter!

Apple-Cinnamon Baked French Toast

This was just delicious! Easy and so very tasty! I melted some butter in maple syrup with cinnamon and it was perfect! YUM!

Asparagus and Mushroom Frittata

This was really quite good! I had never made a frittata before and this came out great and was so easy. Like the other reviewers suggested, I cooked the asparagus for a bit less time. Also, I think I may use a bit sharper of a cheese next time, but that's just a personal preference. Very good and very easy! Highly recommended!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I first started making these cookies about 6 years ago. They are delicious! I make a ton of batches this time of year and not person I have ever given them to hasn't said they were delicious! Truly and wonderful recipe. One of my faves! YUM!!!!!
