Middle Eastern Turkey Dogs
These are really good! I made them for some skeptics a couple of weeks ago, and everyone enjoyed them. Quick and easy to prepare (mix well with your hands) and stayed moist - even left over the next day. Could use even more spices if you like a kick - not overpowering as is. Great way to have some flavorful protein without added fat!

Quinoa Chard Pilaf
Love this recipe! Healthy, tasty, beautiful. I made a big batch of this (it makes alot) and had it for packing my lunch all week. Quinoa is a very low sodium, wheat free, non-gluten whole grain rich in antioxidants and dietary fiber. Drizzle it with flax oil and some wheat free Tamari sauce - yum!

Salmon with Tomatoes
Really good. Made this with the simple salmon chowder recipe from this site (awesome) for a salmon extravaganza dinner. I try to eat healthy/low carb, so I took my portion out of the pan after adding parsley and ate it without rice. My boyfriend got the rest - with cheese and butter and served over brown rice. Really good flavor! Highly recommend.
