A definite keeper. I did pay attention to what other said about it being 'watery'. To fix, I simply simmered the broth with the veggies until it was reduced to just a few tablespoons. Also, I skipped the jarred sauce, and went for crushed tomatoes. I strained out the really watery part of crushed tomatoes with a fine sieve, and was left with a nice thick consistency. I doctored the crushed tomatoes with oregano, crushed fennel, and a little bit of garlic. I used 2 cans of tomatoes, and would probably use 3 next time. Followed the recipe otherwise. I wasn't sure I'd like the rosemary, but it turned out to be delish. The feta was a great choice too.
