These are off the charts delicious!!! I have made them following the recipe exactly and they are to die for. I've also cheated when pressed for time and used fish sticks instead of making the fish as the recipe directs and they are still delicious. Thank you so much for sharing!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

These were delicious!!! I made them last night and they were a big hit. Here are the changes I made: used a rotissierie chicken doubled the chili powder doubled the enchilada sauce I will definitely be making these again. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Mediterranean Pasta

Excellent flavor! Used 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes and the entire can of black olives. Definitely a keeper.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is WONDERFUL! I took it to a party and it was the biggest hit. The only changes I made was using Marie's Super Blue Cheese dressing instead of ranch and I added some extra Red Hot sauce. It has become my new go-to dip.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

Delicious, easy meal! I used feta with garlic and herbs by mistake one time when I made it and I actually think it is even better. This recipe has been put in regular rotation in my house.

Greek Feta And Olive Spread

Absolutely excellent! I used kalamata olives and made it the night before I served it. The saltiness that is there when you first put it together goes away if you let it chill for a while. Everyone who tried it went crazy over it. I will definitely be making this one again and again!!!

Marinade for Steak I

Excellent marinade! I followed the recipe, only changing it to 3 cloves of garlic (which I pressed), and then marinated the steaks for about 9 hours. The flavor was outstanding, not too salty at all. The meat was so tender as well. My boyfriend called it the best steak he had ever had. I will make this recipe again and again! Thanks for sharing!
