Strawberry JELL-O® Pie

My mom has been making this pie since I was a little girl. It is great. I hate that fake gel you get already made in teh store. This is light and wonderful. One change, mom uses water instead of juice and a regular baked pie crust. Top with cool whip!!!!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

This is wonderful. Just like Ruby Tuesday's or Chili's. Don't freeze too long or the outside will burn while the inside it still rozen. I like it better with egg roll wrappers and I usually fry them immediately, no freezing. Serve with sour creme!
