Alfredo Blue

This was such a delicious spin on Alfredo! I thought the blue cheese would be overpowering, but actually it was just right. We even thought tossing extra cheese crumbles on top was even better. You gotta try this!

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

This has a rich flavor and is creamy without being excessivley heavy. I mixed in the cheese and added about 1/2 cup sour cream. It was the best I've ever had! Thanks for sharing Holly!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

My friend in college taught me to make this dish. He uses Worcestershire sauce instead of liquid smoke. It is truly one of the best ways to eat pork! So glad to find it here too!

Baked Potato Soup III

This makes such a yummy and hearty soup that "eats like a meal". I am a vegetarian so I used Morningstar Farms veggie bacon which was very tasty. I also used Pepper Jack and Colby Jack cheeses which is what I had around. *yum* It is bland as seasoned but I added stuff and that makes the recipie good because you can adjust it to your preferences!

I skip the oil if the chorizo I have is higher in fat. With Chorizo Fino you might need a bit of oil. Yes this is greasy but it's cheese & sausage! It's supposed to be. This is just how I make it at it's simplest. When I'm feeling fancy I will add pico de gallo or avacado or something when I serve it.

Very tasty & muy autentico! I also found that the quantities are way off. I made a half batch and got 15, not 30 but it's ok. I know I made them relatively thin but more what the store calls "fajita size" and not the smaller size. The dough was easy to work with. I would add more salt but it was easy & fast! Thanks!

Cheater's Enchiladas

The recipie was awesomely fast and easy and definitly a cook with your kids meal. I just thought the cheese/sour cream was a bit too rich for my taste. It was also much yummier the day after.

My boyfriend liked it alot. I thought it was alright but wish the flavor had gotten in the meat better. This time we used beef roast. Next time I will try pork instead.

Beer Chops I

I'm sure lots of people would like this but my family did not. I don't actually eat pork but my husband was too skeptical on the beer as an ingredient. He didn't even try them after I cooked them so for us, it didn't work out.
