I never cared for biscotti till I started making this recipe. Store boughten is too hard and not all that flavorful.. With this recipe I have made many different flavors, Lemon with lemon extract with lemon zest and iced with white chocolate with a 1/2 tsp of lemon extract mixed in the white chocolate..Orange with orange extract and orange zest, white chocolate icing. Spiced with 1/4 tsp each cinnamon,cloves,nutmeg and coriander with white chocolate icing. Almond and vanilla, sometimes add nuts or mimi choc chips.Every flavor has turned out wonderful.....I am making coconut biscotti tomorrow with coconut extract and shredded coconut.Also after the first baking,I sliced and baked 6 minutes per side,nice crunch we can bite into. Thank You for this recipe it has become a family favorite.....

Kung Pao Chicken

I made a few changes in the sauce.I doubled the sauce and I added 1 tsp Asian sweet chile sauce and a good pinch of hot red pepper flakes,1 1/2 Tblsp garlic,and I used cider vinegar. I added snowpeas and used cashews..I made this with cindi's egg rolls.Thank U for this recipe, it was very tasty..

Cindi's Egg Rolls

I coarse ground 3/4 lb.pork stir fry meat,added 1 tsp 5 spice to the meat and browned.More than enough meat.. I used a whole bag of coleslaw mix for cabbage and carrots,worked nicely. I used 6 garlic cloves minced and 2 Tblsp peanut oil in place of the olive oil and 1 tsp Hoison sauce..I omitted the cornstarch it didnt need it. These egg rolls flew off the platter. My SIL loved them ( thats saying something, he loves Chinese food.)Thank U Cindi!!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

I made this cake for the holidays and it was a big hit..Very moist.Not too sweet...I didnt change anything in the recipe..I will make it again..Very habit forming...

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

I used frozen bulk chicken breasts,there were 7 breasts to the package 3 pounds.I put the frozen chicken into the soup pot with water and other ingredients called for, plus I added 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes. After bring it to a boil I let it simmer for 2 1/2 hours till chicken was tender..I followed most of the recipe except I omitted the 14.5 oz whole tomatoes. And added 1-15oz can drained black beans and another 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes to the soup..When I served up the soup I crushed tortilla chips on top with shredded cheddar cheese..This is difinitely a winter time soup..We loved it..I was afraid it called for too much chicken but it turned out fine..Highly recommend this recipe if you like mexican spice...Thank U for a great soup recipe..

I omitted the mushrooms as my DH isnt too fond of mushrooms..They were not missed..Excellent recipe..The BEST Cavatini ever. Thank U for this wonderful recipe. I will be making it often....

Bandito Beans

A Must Try Recipe...The only thing different I did was omit 1/4 tsp fennel as we are not real fans of fennel...This is very similiar to calico beans,but better....Thank U so much for this recipe..I will make it often.....
