Banana Sour Cream Bread

halved the recipe, but probably used a bit too much butter. crumble on top didn't really stay as a crumble (when added from the beginning)...it oozed into the bread instead. this tasted more like cake and less like bread.

flavor is awesome. something about the texture of the peanut butter i'm a bit unsure about. maybe try with Rice Krispies next time? used only 2-3 cups of powdered sugar because it seemed like it was getting too sweet to me. but then the peanut butter was too sticky, so added flour until it was dry enough to roll into balls. only used about 1/2 cup butter.
