Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

I thought this was great... I try to cook with kielbasa but it is never wonderful to me but with this recipe it was. I poured it over jasmine rice and I altered the recipe a little to what I had. I didn't have brown sugar so I used 3 tbs of splenda with 2 tbs of honey, I also added minced garlic and 1 tbs of balsamic vinegar. I didn't use onion because i didn't have one but I don't think it needed it anyways. Definitely worth a try!

Baked Pork Chops I

I am not a HUGE pork chop fan that is why I didn't give it the five stars. Meat was very tender, i was afraid it would have been overcooked but not the case at all. I used cream of celery because my family doesn't like mushroom. A little salty but overall great recipe.

Linguine Pescadoro

This is easier than what it may look. I changed it up a bit by leaving out olives and by putting the tomotoes in food processor to make it more saucy. I did not use all the clam juice that would have definately been to much and I didn't have scallops so i used more regular sized shrimp. This makes a lot but very good dish.

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip

My favorite appetizer... always the first to go at parties. I will sometimes do 3 chicken breasts and I boil them and then shred. I use Franks buffalo wing sauce and only use 1/2 to 3/4 bottle and same goes with dressing use only 1/2 to 3/4 otherwise it can get a little runny. Also alternate with either Kens Steakhouse blue cheese or ranch.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

I don't like meatloaf and I LOVE this. I made this for my girlfriend and it is now her favorite recipe to make. I also serve tomato sauce on the side.
