I love to eat sweet things, but my specialities are appetizers, soups and salads, although some main dishes also result pretty good.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving, I love every single dish and would be happy to eat that everyday.
My cooking triumphs
last Christmas I served the appetizers for all my family (about 70). It was great, everybody loved them and couldn't stop eating them.
My cooking tragedies
I tend to under-cook meat, guess it's because I like it rare.
