Careful. Jumpy Cook!
About this Cook
I am a Mom and I actually dislike cooking. So I like to make one dish meals and things that can be prepared in advance. But more than I dislike cooking I Love "good" food and prefer things on the healthier side for my family. So I like to collect and try new recipes and if I can get someone else to do the dishes, ALL the BETTER!
My favorite things to cook
One Dish Meals for easy clean up, and Slow Cooker Recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hmmm, I don't have any really. Maybe I should start some.
My cooking triumphs
Creating my own recipes was a big deal to me. Being able to create something that's Mine and then seeing how much people love it is awesome.
My cooking tragedies
Nothing so far other than the occasional thing not being Great. Knock on wood!

Baked Tuna 'Crab' Cakes
Delicious!!! I never review anything if I have tweaked it as THAT is not an accurate review to what is posted. I didn't change anything and they were very yummy. As a side note: I gave it four stars because I will tweak it next time. I will probably do bread crumbs or panko instead of cornmeal and maybe throw in some Dijon. And something for crunch inside. But they were delicious.

Cranberry Sauce I
I am blown away by the high ratings for this. Put simply, if you have NEVER made cranberry sauce in your life, and have only ever had canned jellied sauce, this would be MAGIC. If you are looking for a new yummy sauce that your guests haven't had, THIS is NOT it. This is a basic sauce that you would use as the BASE to then play with and create something wonderful.

Shepherd's Pie VI
I am not going to rate this too low because it was my first time trying any Sheperds Pie. So I may just not be a Sheperds Pie kinda gal, but I thought it was just bland.
