World's Best Lasagna

love it! tastes authentic! Of course everyone does their own thing with the sauce spices, that's to be expected lol, but I've made this easily 8 times now and going for another this week :) It's part of the monthly rotation now!

General Tsao's Chicken

Very nice recipe. I will definitely repeat! I had my doubts but it all came together in the pan I didn't have a wok, so I used a pan on max 10 heat with peanut oil. mmmmmm good!

London Broil II

Wow! What a great marinade! The Italian in me made a some very minor changes. I used 4 cloves of fresh garlic and used Extra virgin olive oil in lieu of vegetable oil. Marinated it for a full day. I couldn't bring myself to sharing much with the dogs, the poor souls, it was too good! LOL I saved the balance to bring to lunch tomorrow

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Decent stroganoff. As one reviewer mentioned, I added Worcestershire sauce, added some kick. I'd make it again for a quick fast dinner that was good.

Jewish Style Sweet and Sour Brisket

I enjoyed this quite a bit. I'm a tough scorer, so 3 stars for me is pretty good. I don't understand the sitting in the fridge overnight though. In theory it must be to absorb more flavor, but I found it to be opposite. It tasted better to me fresh off the stove than refrigerated till the next day. I made a large enough brisket were it lasted 3 days for leftovers (I'm the only meat eater in the house besides my dogs LOL).

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Nice and tasty. I used fresh garlic instead of powder. I don't think it will be in my all time favorite list though, I'm sorry. I like marinades witha bit more zing.
