I love to bake and make sweets! I volunteer at my church one Sunday a month making treats for everyone to enjoy! I really enjoy letting my 3 oldest daughters help me cook whenever possible! We even have matching aprons! The littlest one is not far behind, as she "cooks" with bowls and spoons on the floor! I love using my slow cooker! I like to cook anything my whole family will enjoy. When I am making sweet treats, my daughters, (ages 12, 8 & 6) love to pull up the stool and help out! We have a lot of fun baking together. I find it extremely satisfying and rewarding when a dish I've tried for the first time comes out perfectly! There were these cookies I attempted to make many times and I never had success. They were very thin oatmeal cookies, but they always stuck to the pan no matter what I did. I finally gave up on them!
