Korean Kimchi Jigeh Stew
2 small jars kimchi bought in my local grocery market, with 4 thick slices of breakfast bacon, 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic, 2 tbsp of fresh minced ginger, 2 chopped green onions, 2 cups water, and 1-2 pounds of boneless pork ribs or chops, boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes, then toss in a pkg of diced hard tofu (optional) and simmer another 10 minutes. serve with steamed rice! delicious!

Baked Oatmeal II
Made this exactly as written! Turned out sweet, great for kids. Filled them up almost all day. Truly a stick-to-your-ribs, hearty, comfort recipe. TIP: Pre-measure and prep all the dry ingredients into gallon zip bags. Then in the morning, add wet ingredients and zip bag closed. Knead, mush and mix directly in zip bag. Snip bottom corner of bag and squeeze directly into baking dish. Drop the zip bag into the trash. Prep time is 1 minute! Customize it to you heart's content! Thank you for the great base recipe BLANCHL!
