Dill Sour Cream Potato Salad
I made this tonight for the second time. Both times my crowd loved it. Although I love vinegar its a little overpowering. This was better with Salata, a German seasoned mild vinegar, rather than with white vinegar. I also added more dill to it. Potato salad is a hard dish for me to make being allergic to mayo and miracle whip. This was a hit with my family and we will make it again!

Mimi's Smoked Salmon Chowder
After reading all the reviews, I made this for company. I used no extra salt and extra potatoes per some of the reviews. We have a ton of smoked salmon in the freezer so I used a little extra. I did leave out the wine only because a guest cant have any. Because I strongly dislike overcooked salmon I added it last and cooked for only 5-6 minutes, again per some of the reviews. Thank you so much for this recipe, I had never heard of smoked salmon chowder. We are going to be making this again and again! Everyone loved it, good thing I doubled the recipe! =-)

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III
My family loves this. I double the recipe, make 2 pans, and freeze one for later. I made this exactly like the recipe the first time and it was great! The next time I just mixed everything in a big bowl and then poured it into a pan. It is just as delicious and much faster and easier to make. We just tore the tortillas into bite size pieces and stirred them right in! This is not soupy at all if you bake it uncovered and then let it sit for 20 minutes after taking it out of the oven. Thx for the recipe!
