Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
These were terrific! The only change we made was to use a combination of chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini baking M&M's, only because we didn't have a full 2 cups of chocolate chips. We will definitely make these again soon. YUMMY!!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This cheesecake is easily worth 5 stars. Outrageously good!!! Nothing but rave reviews from everyone. I increased the butter to 4T for the crust, and used a water bath. It came out perfectly. I will most definitely make this again!

Caramel Heavenlies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
I love these...they're sooooo good! I made them a long time ago and then lost the recipe. They're a cinch to make, but very sticky. This time I had the benefit of the review posts to learn that you MUST thoroughly coat the foil-lined pan with non-stick spray. It makes a world of difference!!!

Super Easy Salmon Cakes

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
Great recipe! I used a 14.75 oz. can of salmon and 2 eggs. The rest of the ingredient measurements were kept the same. I neglected to read the part about sprinkling the patties with the cracker crumbs, so I put all 2 cups of crushed crackers (used Ritz) into the mix and didn't drain the salmon. I substituted chopped sweet onion, for the green onion and a splash of lemon juice, for the lemon pepper. Finally, I fried them, rather than baked. Everyone thought they were very tasty.

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2005
These muffins are wonderful! The amount of spice was perfect for our taste. My only alterations were using canned pumpkin, and sprinkling the tops with sugar, which added a nice touch. They were light and moist...not dry at all, like some other reviewers experienced. Next time I may add chopped walnuts or pecans. I was able to make a dozen, healthy sized, muffins plus 3 dozen mini-muffins. Yummy!!! Thanks, Julie!

Chicken Stuff

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2001
This was a tasty casserole. Added peas to the soup/chicken mixture and a thin layer of cheddar cheese under the stuffing to make it an all-in-one meal. My 5 year old cleaned the plate...peas and all! Will be making this again. Thanks!

Raspberry Coconut Layer Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2001
These are very good and easy to make! Will be adding these to my list of Christmas baking. Used seedless raspberry preserves, as the seeds seemed like they would just get in the way...just a personal preference. Not having my oven on more than 20 minutes was also a plus. We live in Florida and even though it's December 1st, the air conditioner is still crankin'!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2001
Great recipe, Terri! Used country sausage cut in chunks, instead of ham, and it was excellent. Brought it to a reception and it was totally wiped out. Thanks for a good one!

Pasta Primavera Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2001
Wonderful recipe! Served over whole wheat pasta - very hearty! Did, however, substitute 8oz. can tomato sauce for paste.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2001
This recipe was great! It's been a long time since I enjoyed a meal this much and the leftovers were even better. Since I served it over egg noodles, next time I will probably double the sauce. It was sooo yummy!!! Thanks for a wonderful meal!
