Not much flavor other than hot. The sauce was fine on rice, but didn't do much for the chicken. My husband liked it, but more as a change of pace. He agreed it didn't have much flavor other than being (spicy) hot.

Cauliflower Shrimp Salad

Okay, but it needs a more flavorful dressing than the bottled one I used. Also, too much green onion for my taste. I liked the combination of salad ingredients, but I need a good salad dressing recipe to go with this instead of using a bottled one.

Olive Cheese Melts

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

Loved it! If you like marinated artichokes, I think you'll really like this recipe. It's great as a main dish, but I can't wait to make it as a wonderful side dish next time we have my family over for dinner.

Pork Chops in White Wine

This recipe has a very strong wine flavor. Don't make it if you don't like to actually taste the wine in a recipe. The pork chops themselves turned out very tender, but I didn't care for the strong wine taste.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

We loved the sauce on this chicken. It was great on rice. I left out the hot pepper sauce since the recipe also has chili powder and I don't like my food too hot.

Bacon Pie

Easy to make and tasty. I used a whole pound of bacon for my bacon loving husband, but even so, my husband's comment was that it could use more bacon. It puffs up when it bakes, so the bacon tends to be in the bottom half. Leftovers warm up nicely in the microwave oven.
