Egg and Sausage Casserole
The casserole turned out perfect. I used mild italian pork sausage with 10 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk, and only 1 cup each of cheese like others suggested, and thought that was the perfect combination. Any more cheese I think would be too much. Also, I think that its a good idea to bake the crescent roll for about 6-8 min first before putting in the egg mixture. Over all, this recipe was wonderful. My younger brother loved it, and he is a picky eater. I'm looking forward to making it for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning!

Thit Bo Xao Dau
This recipe was very easy and quick to make. Turned out very good. I did add more garlic and used fish sauce instead of soy sauce like other reviewers recommended and enjoyed it very much. Next time, I will add chili flakes though, just becaue I think it will give the recipe a little more kick. Thanks for sharing.

Banana Banana Bread
This was my first attempt at making banana bread and with this recipe, it turned out great! I did just what the recipe called for, but also added cinnamon like others suggested. This recipe is a keeper, very very tasty and moist!
