I cook very healthy, but delicious, dishes. I use organic meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. I have recently gone gluten- free, so I am constantly looking for new gluten-free recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I am Greek and Lebanese, so I grew up eating troops from both of these cultures. I grew up eating very well!!!

A butternut squash risotto- time consuming but well worth it!

An apple and squash soup that looked and tasted like baby food by the time it was done.
