Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2006
I thought it was great! I made it tonight. I added half a cube of vegetable boullion to the sauce. I served it on a bed of egg noodles and ladled a bit of the sauce on top of it and had it with biscuits. Delicious!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2006
Was amazing. My husband had never had lamb before and didn't think he would like it. This recipe TOTALLY changed his mind. I hope to make it again really soon

Leg of Lamb

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
This was very good, but I did make some changes. For mustard I used a sweet hot mustard. It worked very well. It gave some of the heat of mustard with out overwhelming the taste of the lamb. I skipped the flour. Instead of just laying garlic slices on it, I cut pockets into the lamb and put the garlic slices in there. I also added a bit of Rosemary, Basil and Thyme. Not a lot, just enough to add a hint of herb flavor. I also added the herbs and mustard and everything about an hour before cooking so it would have some time to soak into the meat. My husband loved it, as did I.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
We loved it! It was simple and delicious. We didn't use any butter, but just sprayed it all with butter cooking spray. It kept them moist and cut down calories/fat and they didn't get super soggy. I made them last week and I am making them again tonight.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2007
I was not a fan. We usually just run water over the corn so water collects in the husk, wrap it in foil and grill it. We add the salt pepper and butter afterwards. Doing it the way it says in the recipe just made the husks soggy (Which we usually hold onto to eat the corn) and we had to add extra butter, salt and pepper anyways.

BBQ Dry Rub

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
Amazing! I made this awhile ago but hadn't had a chance to use it until last night when I put it on some pork sirloin chops. Unbelievable! Delicious! ETA: Try adding some crushed red pepper and chipotle chili powder to help step up that heat a tiny bit more. And if you can get smoke paprika, it is even better.
