This is the best...without a doubt! My mom hates the standard Green Bean casseroles from the holidays, tried this on her, & she pretty much ate ONLY this...and wouldn't let anyone else have seconds! I now make this alot for her! Sorry I forgot to rate this earlier. Thanks!

Feta Chicken Salad

This is so yummy! Every time my friend comes back from England, this is her first request. She is still trying to come up with a way to ship it!! I do almsot double the feta though...cuz everythings betta when you add more feta!

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

Oh.....My....Gosh!!! If I could rate this higher, I definitely would. My husband and I had never tried leeks before, and tried this since I had heard so much about them, and I picked yours due to the great ratings...now, officially one of our favs! And hubby isn't much for soups. He even took the leftovers to the fire station the next day & 2 of them asked me to give the recipe to their wives!!! Thanks so much for an awesome recipe Anabana...You rock!

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Thanks you so much! I make this alot & have passed on the recipe! The only changes I make are 1 whole red chopped onion, instead of half...1 orange bell pepper instead of green & 1/2 cup of Sunset Rose wine. I have always heard to use a wine you would drink & that's the kind I like! Awesome recipe!!!

Mango Ice Box Cake

This is absolutely delicious! My best friend is a Filipina & also makes something similar with graham crackers & champagne mangoes. Thanks for a great recipe
