Muenster-Bacon Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ummm...Wow, really, really good... Totally worth the time to make this. Other reviewers said that it was a little overwhelming-I disagree..But I love cheese, and I love Bacon. Really good.Thank you for this recipe!!

Stuffed Pork Chops III

I made this 2 nights ago and it was awesome! I did two things different though.. I had no dried Parsley, so I didnt use it, and I only had chicken broth so I used that instead of the beef broth. I do think this would be even better with the beef broth though.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Really good...but greasy. Next time I will cook the bacon first because it just leaked grease into the rest of the yummy honey mustard sauce. I mixed the honey and mustard in a bowl, then dredged the chicken in it. I also poured the rest of the sauce in the baking dish and kinda basted the chicken every 15 minutes or so. The remaining sauce was great for dipping the chicken in, with the exception of it being full of bacon grease!! Will make again with a few small changes.

Cathy's Creamy Chicken Bake

Totally awesome :) But I did use Cream of Broccoli soup because thats what I had. Other than that change, everything else was the same. Smelled amazing, tasted better!! I served it with mashed potatos, which was perfect to mix with the rest of the sauce-y goodness.. My never impressed Boyfriend actually said, "Wow, this is good!!" Which is better than his usual, "Its fine.."

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna

so i used riccotta AND the cottage cheese.. wonderful! i used a bottled sauce that also had chunky veggies in to.. my vegetarian friends LOVED this!! ( i just hand mixed the sauce so that the veggies didnt get all chopped up..)

Broccoli-Stuffed Chicken

this is a great recipe!! i did not have some of the spices, so i actually used some taco seasoning and it turned out delicious!! i also had ALOT of extra broccoli chopped up, so i just added them into the juices after about 20 minutes of it cooking, then covered it... 10 minutes later i took off the foil and added some shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the chicken and in the brothy-broccoli then let it cook untill the cheese melted.. it was awesome.
