We enjoyed this recipe and I will try other soups for sauce. I used a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of celery because it's what I had in the pantry and I wanted extra sauce. Also, my chops had a nice crunch to the outside, even though I put quite a bit of sauce over them, so just make sure you sear them well with the coating on it before putting them in the oven (make sure your oil is nice and hot before putting them in the pan). Also, I didn't have any white wine in the house, so I just used milk (again, I doubled it) and added some fresh mushrooms that I sauteed in butter to my soup mixture.
