About this Cook
Hi! I consider myself to be a beginner when it comes to cooking. My husband likes to eat healthy things and is very limited in what he can eat. I find myself with the dilemma of only being able to work with fish and chicken. And, only being able to bake or grill. If anyone can offer any good, quick and easy recipes dealing with fish or chicken, please let me know. :)
My favorite things to cook
Used to love baking breads, cookies, and cakes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking Christmas cookies during the winter holidays.
My cooking tragedies
Once made cupcakes that sunk in the middle. My brother made the comment that they were truly "cup" cakes. :)
