Favorite Hamburger Bites

This is a different version of another recipie for hamburger sliders - personally I brown the hambuger, add about 1/4 -maaaaaaybe a 1/2 packet of dry onion soup mix, 1/2 c mayo and full cup of shredded cheddar. I also use the Kings Hawian sweet rolls - so good with it!! Oh! I also wrap them in tinfoil and toss them in the oven for about 8-10 min to have things get melty and delicious! :)

Tater Tot Bake

I had never had tater tot bake or casserole and loved this!! SUPER easy, fast and cheap to make - my three favorite things! I, like others, mixed the soup mixture in with the veggies and ground beef, then layered the tater tots on top. I also made mine with a can of drained corn and half a can of green beans. My four year old went nuts over it! Happy cooking!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

This was great - so easy and homey. My husband went crazy for it! I think I added a little extra brown sugar, just for good measure : > I also used frozen pork chops to help with the moisture - cooked them for close to 10-11 hours.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

This was great - I followed someone else's review and used a larger can of pinapple for the extra juice. Next time, I would probably use tidbits instead of pinapple chunks. Totally try it!

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

This is one of my all time favorite things to cook! It is so light and refreshing! In the winter, I use canned tomatos and it is every bit as good! I think I add a little extra garlic and some red pepper flakes as well. So good!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

This was so great! While I was cooking it I thought it might have been a poor choice, but my husband (and I) loved it! I ended up using the lime juice in a container vs the fresh - just because limes here have gotten so expensive!! It still turned out really well -- I served it with rice and steamed brussel sprouts : > Yumm.
