Favorite Hamburger Bites

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
This is a different version of another recipie for hamburger sliders - personally I brown the hambuger, add about 1/4 -maaaaaaybe a 1/2 packet of dry onion soup mix, 1/2 c mayo and full cup of shredded cheddar. I also use the Kings Hawian sweet rolls - so good with it!! Oh! I also wrap them in tinfoil and toss them in the oven for about 8-10 min to have things get melty and delicious! :)

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2012
I had never had tater tot bake or casserole and loved this!! SUPER easy, fast and cheap to make - my three favorite things! I, like others, mixed the soup mixture in with the veggies and ground beef, then layered the tater tots on top. I also made mine with a can of drained corn and half a can of green beans. My four year old went nuts over it! Happy cooking!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This was great - so easy and homey. My husband went crazy for it! I think I added a little extra brown sugar, just for good measure : > I also used frozen pork chops to help with the moisture - cooked them for close to 10-11 hours.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This was great - I followed someone else's review and used a larger can of pinapple for the extra juice. Next time, I would probably use tidbits instead of pinapple chunks. Totally try it!

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This is one of my all time favorite things to cook! It is so light and refreshing! In the winter, I use canned tomatos and it is every bit as good! I think I add a little extra garlic and some red pepper flakes as well. So good!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This was so great! While I was cooking it I thought it might have been a poor choice, but my husband (and I) loved it! I ended up using the lime juice in a container vs the fresh - just because limes here have gotten so expensive!! It still turned out really well -- I served it with rice and steamed brussel sprouts : > Yumm.
