Pear Pie II

I didn't have almond extact...I used vanilla. I had to hold my son and myself to not eat the whole thing in one night

I am glad I read that the ingredients "overflowed" and I used a deep dish pie crust. I also added some diced sweet potatoes and used a mushroom gravy mix. My husband and I loved it..very easy. Thank you.

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

If you can get over the "look" of this casserole you'll enjoy this. Alas, my children couldn't get over the "mush-like" appearance. I only had swiss cheese which worked out just fine..next time I will add more stuffing. I like the crunch it provided.

Upside Down Pumpkin Cake

I have made this for occasions. Each time I have had to give out the recipe to everyone who had it. Thank you for making such a great recipe that even my pumpkin hating husband loved.

Great Pumpkin Cookies

I really love these cookies! I love oatmeal raisin cookies and with the great taste of pumpkin...It can't be bad. In fact, it's delicious. I didn't add the chocolate chips...but I will next batch.I didn't make them as big as they suggested. A very hearty cookie.
