Spinach Cheddar Muffins
I rated a 3 star only because I made the adjustments mentioned by previous reviewers. I'm certain without them, that the recipe would've been quite bland as others had mentioned. With that said, my family loved the recipe with the extra teaspoons of spices (garlic powder, onion salt, & pepper) added in. My 5 year old asked me if I could make them again after he ate the last one.

Five Minute Ice Cream
Amazing! I used fresh strawberries that were hand-picked at a farm. We had so many I had to find recipes to use them all. This recipe was easy and it really did take only a few minutes to prepare. My family and I loved it!

Spinach and Blue Cheese Soup
Great recipe. The blue cheese was not overpowering at all. The only change I made was to skip the cayanne pepper entirely (don't like it) and I sprinkled Hormel Real Bacon Bits on top instead of cooking a whole pound of bacon. This recipe makes a TON of soup. For a small family, I'd cut the recipe in half. My family enjoyed it. Even my kids 2 1/2 & 4 who are not blue cheese eaters gobbled it up. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
