Dad's Breakfast Pizza
Oh, my, gosh! I can't believe people would actually rate a recipe low because the picture didn't match the recipe directions! People! There are 7 photos submitted by different people who put their own spin on the recipe and submitted a picture. They are all different! If you don't like the looks of one, click on it and find another! As to the recipe, I made my own crust-it is so simple and doesn't contain all the weird stuff in pre-made stuff. I did make some gravy out of the sausage I added and put it on a partially baked crust. I did it because my husband loves biscuits and gravy and thought he'd like it better that way. He said it reminded him a little of a breakfast bowl he had at a restaurant.

Oh-So-Good Chicken
One of my husband's favorites. I make two pans, one for me without salsa using tomatoes because I can't eat the peppers or onions and one for hubby with the salsa. I divide it up into containers for lunches and it works very well. Lately, I have started adding black beans and corn sometimes and that is good also. My original recipe for this called for corn chips to dip it with but we decided we didn't really need the extra calories.

Red Skinned Potato Salad
This is basically the recipe I've always used for potato salad. No onions, I can't eat them and I usually do as others have said and use a blend of sour cream and mayo, which hubby and I prefer. Just realized I usually put in a little prepared mustard and left it out per the recipe. Boy, did my hubby like the changes of no mustard and BACON! Will definitely make this slight but significant change very often!
