Coconut Ice Cream
Very yummy. Easy to make. I left out the coconut and just mixed everything else in a bowl and put it in my ice cream maker. While it was churning I toasted the coconut and we used it as a topping with some crushed pineapple.

Faux-reos
Great recipe. Very easy. I cut the recipe in half, replaced half of the shortening with peanut butter. I am vegan so I used egg replacer. They are very yummy.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
My husband and I love this recipe. I am vegan so I substituted the butter (margarine) eggs (egg replacer), sour cream (sour supreme). I've made this a couple times and it turns out great.
