Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
The milk mixture is by itself veeerry sweet and the whipped cream was WAYYYYY too sweet for me. I think the recipe is good and the milk-to-cake ratio was perfect. However, next time, I'm going to halve the condensed milk and sugar in the whipped cream.

The Best Lemon Bars
This was soooo yummy!! I made the following changes: zest the 2 lemons before juicing them and add to the lemon filling, increase lemon juice to 3/4 C. for the lemon filling, substitute 1/2 C. rolled oats for the crust and put all the crust ingredients into the food processor. Also I baked this in an 8x8 pan and increased baking time to 25 mins. SO YUMMY!
