This Biscuit made it into my recipe box. My husband is a pretty picky guy but he loved them. They were so pretty. Some of the pictures posted don't do the biscuits justice.

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

My family loves this recipe. It's a 'do-over' many times. I didn't have bread crumbs so i used saltine crackers. Worked like a charm.

I used this frosting on top of a double layered lemon cake. I was looking for an alternitive to the butter cream i usually decorate with. I had thought about subsituting the vanilla pudding for lemon pudding but i wasn't feeling that brave. I am confident now that lemon would taste wonderful too. My cake turned out a little sloppy but i'm sure with practice it could be as beautiful as other birthday cakes i've made. People loved it and the frosting got a wow.. WOW! from my husband. That's pretty dang good. Thank you for a great recipe. I will be using this one again :-)

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

these tasted great. I need tons of practice shaping them and rolling them a bit flatter. The family was impressed to have real live home made tortillas come out of my kitchen :-)

World's Best Lasagna

My 18 year old Daughter and I made this Lasagne on Christmas Eve. My brother told my daughter if she keeps cooking like that she'll be able to get herself a good man and keep him. I'm guessing he liked it ;) We all really liked it. Infact it's not so bad as reheated left overs too. It's a family keeper!

Very Chocolate Brownies

I really liked these brownies. I'll use this recipe again. My end result was a more cake like brownie. Next time I think i will try to cut the recipe in half. The ingredients made a BIG pan full.

Roasted Pork Shoulder with Pomegranate Sauce

A real family pleaser. My daughter is pretty picky and doesn't eat too much meat. I actually seen her go back for 2nds just on the roasted pork. I will defently make it again some day.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

I made these Mashed Potatoes for my Thanksgiving dinner. Rather then cooking these the day before and reheating I decided to make them early in the day and hold them in my crock pot on low to hold until we were ready to eat. (advice i read from another review) THEY were AWESOME!!! Everyone loved them. I will defently make these again.
