Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Great! The only modifications I made were to sub olive oil for butter and to do it completely on the stove top. I didn't simmer for hours and hours, only about 20 minutes and it came out fantastic! I served it over boiled/stewed potatoes (little more Polish than rice...hubby's Polish :) )

Creamy Cherry Tomato Salad with Fresh Basil, Corn and Onion

Pretty good. Made some changes, though. Omitted the sour cream. Used olive oil, balsamic and red wine vinegar mixed (ran out of balsamic), about 1-2 TBS mayo, 1 TBS minced garlic, dried parsley and finally, 1 finely minced jalapeno.

French Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Great! Like most everyone else, I made my typical french toast batter. Drizzled with REAL maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar before serving. Will definitely make again.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

First time making corn casserole and it turned out perfect! I added about a 1/4 C of Half&Half as my family (mainly my grandma) loves rich corn casserole. I also used about 12oz of my own cornbread "mix" (just the dry in gredients I normally use when making cornbread). After dinner with the 6 of us, there wasn't any left!

Shredded Venison Sandwiches

My family is full of avid hunters, and so our primary meat source is venison. These sandwiches are a fantastic change from regular roast or burgers!!!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Fantastic! Made a few changes, though. I had to use turkey breast--our grocery store didn't have any boneless skinless chicken (not sure how they managed that one). I also added about a teaspoon of chipotle pepper to the bbq sauce, a tablespoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of honey (I used KC Masterpiece Original). And I used white onion because that's what I had. Make sure to use the cilantro, it makes such a difference! The husband LOVED it!

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Flavor was nice. Too crumbly for our liking. I pressed some chopped honey roasted peanuts on top before baking. Added nice flavor and crunch. Probably won't make again.
