Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Yummy! I needed marinara for stromboli I made and so I tried this rather than running to the store. Quick and easy and WAY better than the ones I have bought in the store before. This one is a keeper!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Very good lemon bar recipe. I didn't make any modifications other than I accidently put it in an 8"x11" pan. Sweet and gooey with a hint of lemon-y tartness.

Butter Cookies II

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

I have this exact recipe that was given to me by my mother years ago. It is the only PB cookie recipe that I use. It is amazing. I've even won with this recipe at the county fair. It is my hubbys favorite cookie. I've tried this with about 6 different types of PB and have found Skippy creamy PB makes them taste the best.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Good flavor. Like others said, it needs tons more powdered sugar. I ended up adding twice the sugar to get it thick enough to roll. The end result was good.

This is an awesome recipe. Like others said, you may have to tweak it a little. I ended up adding more milk and corn syrup. It dries shiny and hard. I love it!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have found the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe! These weren't flat! They were big, fat, slightly cripy edges and chewy in the middle. I followed the recipe and didn't change a thing. Perfect! No more store bought chocolate chip cookie dough for me!

All Day Apple Butter

Awesome! The only thing I changed was I added 1/4 tsp nutmeg and cut the sugar down to 2 cups; 1 1/2 cups white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I found I didn't have to cook it as long. Perhaps it was the type of apples. I just used the apples in my yard. My husband hates apple butter but loves this!

Chocoholic's Nightcap

Very yummy! I substituted the Irish Cream liquor for Irish Cream liquid coffee creamer and Splenda instead of granulated sugar and it was to die for! Top it off with a dallop of whipped cream.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is the best tilapia recipe I have came across! Nothing needs changed it is perfect and take so little time. It has a great parmesan taste and slight tangy flavor. My kids gobbled it up and it is my husbands new favorite!
