Buffalo Chicken Dip

TO. DIE. FOR. This was said by everyone at the party :0) I changed it just a bit. I used 2 chicken breasts boiled in chicken broth, shredded them, and mixed it all together in a pan and baked till bubbly.

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub

Wow, this is a fantastic rub! I didn't have chipotle chili powder so I just used another teaspoon of regular but it was still out of this world. This will definately be something I use over and over again.

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

It was our first time deep frying a turkey and this was a big hit. Everyone raved about it and said how moist and tasty it was. We had a 14lb bird and there was plenty of rub. Will definately use again.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Really good flavor, but it did get runny when in the crockpot, even tho I put a towel over it to catch the condensation. I will try again but without putting it in the crock.

Clone of a Cinnabon

This is the 2nd time I've made this recipe and it turned out really, really good this time. I did something different and took some other reviewers suggestions and added a box of vanilla instant pudding. That made it. The first time I didn't think it was like it at all, but the pudding made a huge difference. I baked it at a lower temp, 350, for 20 mins b/c the last time they got too crispy on top at 400 and dried out. Only reason I rated it a 4 was b/c of the changes.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Fantastic! I had to modify a bit tho. I didn't have Italian Seasoning so I eyeballed some dried oregano and basil then finely chopped up fresh rosemary from my garden. I also wanted it to be a round loaf for dinner, so I made the dough in the bread machine, shaped into a round, let rise, then before putting in the over (350) I brushed it with olive oil and sprinkled kosher salt over it. It took about 30 mins to bake. Everyone in my house loved it, especially with the Pasta Fagioli we had next to it ;0)

Amish White Bread

Fantastic! I always follow directions exactly the first time I try it and I did with this one. It is a bit sweet and I do like that, but not for everyday bread. Next time I will lower the amount of sugar to make it a bit more versatile.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I guess I'm more of a purist, but I prefer pumpkin baked goods just plain, maybe some nuts. So while the chocolate chips were ok, I like it better plain. My kids devoured them however and said they like them better with chocolate chips. It's a good muffin recipe tho.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Didn't care for this. First time I've made a pineapple upside down cake and may be the last. I just don't see what the big deal is about it. I will give it this, it tasted MUCH better the next day. But I really don't think I'll be making another one.

I made this for a potluck and it's very good for those that don't like spice but I prefer mine more spicy. Next time I'll add some cayenne and maybe some jalapenos as well.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

Very good but needs a little more oomph. I put the Special Hamburger Sauce from this site on it and it was really good. Next time I make this I'll add something to the cream cheese mixture and season the ground beef.
