Another reviewer was right. Should have used half the pasta. Although it was very good still I would have liked it to be a bit more saucy. BUT it is a casserole not a sauce to go with pasta. I added onion, garlic, 2 cans of mushrooms and peas. It made a tonne!! Great for our leftover New Years turkey. Thanks

Macadamia Cocoa Cookies

I liked it!! Be careful with the dough though cause it tends to fall apart. I'm sure my boyfriend will have them gone in minutes :)

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Oh...Ma...Gawd! This is sooooo good. I didn't put in the white pepper cause I've never even heard of it and only put in one teaspoon of the red pepper flakes. I did put all the black pepper in though. I added the whole 500ml of whipping cream stuff and maybe another half cup of milk cause I started to panic i wouldn't have enough sauce, which I did. I'll totally make this when I want to show off to people.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

I too followed the directions completely and these turned out great!!! They roll out great and I used coloured sugar to make them look pretty. I like the fact that they are not too sweet. You can definitely taste the cream cheese. These will be a staple in my home from now on. Beware - only make these if you can hold off on tasting the cookies since you have to let the dough sit overnight in the fridge. That's the killer. I hate waiting, but it's worth it. :)

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Wow what a great Christmas cookie!! Everyone at work loved them. Reminds me of my mom and when she used to make ginger cookies. I followed the ingredients to a T. Excellent!!! Can't say enough about these. The fact that they are rolled in cinnamon and sugar is just icing on the cake (so to speak) :)

Granola-Raisin Cookies

I didn't have any of the problems the other reviewers had with this recipe. I did add a 1/2 cup more flour and 1/4 cup less butter. I also used granola with raisins in it already so I added an additional 3/4 of that instead of raisins alone. My boyfriend suggested chocolate chips next time. I will make these again. Yum!

Cornflake Cookies II

I baked these cookies for 15 minutes and added about 1 tsp. of vanilla extract for flavour. I also substituted trail mix for the raisins. My boyfriend seemed to like them, but he'll eat anything. Overall they seemed to lack a little umph!!
