Turkey Tetrazzini II
Another reviewer was right. Should have used half the pasta. Although it was very good still I would have liked it to be a bit more saucy. BUT it is a casserole not a sauce to go with pasta. I added onion, garlic, 2 cans of mushrooms and peas. It made a tonne!! Great for our leftover New Years turkey. Thanks

Cajun Seafood Pasta
Oh...Ma...Gawd! This is sooooo good. I didn't put in the white pepper cause I've never even heard of it and only put in one teaspoon of the red pepper flakes. I did put all the black pepper in though. I added the whole 500ml of whipping cream stuff and maybe another half cup of milk cause I started to panic i wouldn't have enough sauce, which I did. I'll totally make this when I want to show off to people.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
I too followed the directions completely and these turned out great!!! They roll out great and I used coloured sugar to make them look pretty. I like the fact that they are not too sweet. You can definitely taste the cream cheese. These will be a staple in my home from now on. Beware - only make these if you can hold off on tasting the cookies since you have to let the dough sit overnight in the fridge. That's the killer. I hate waiting, but it's worth it. :)
