Asparagus Lasagna

This was delicious! I gave it 4 stars since I made changes to the sauce. Like others I used fresh asparagus as that is what I had on hand and tweaked the sauce using chicken stock, flavorful cheeses and white wine as another reviewer suggested. It was little time consuming, but it was worth it! My husband LOVED this!

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

OMG sooooo good!!!! I followed others suggestions and doubled the soup and clams. Tossed in some diced frozen potatoes and frozen celery, carrot and onion mixture as well. I also would recommend not using all of the half-and-half that will help it not be so thin and add a bit of cornstarch in water. People who have never eaten or LIKED clam chowder tried this and ended up asking me for the recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Apple Dumplings with Rich Cinnamon Sauce

This is tasty and easy! I doubled the amount of nuts cuz I LOVE 'em. Other than that I followed the recipe to a T and it turned out fantastic! Yum Yum Yum!

Apple Butter I

So delicious and easy! I followed others suggestions and used half the amount of sugar called for and it turned out GREAT! This was my first time ever making apple butter but certainly not my last.

Honey Ginger Shrimp

This is a new favorite! I love spicy and this is quite spicy, so if you are not in to HOT then you might want to reduce the red pepper.
